Changes to your reservation may affect your roommate if you were assigned a roommate or if you cancel on your own. If you have a roommate, your roommate(s) will be impacted by your cancellation. Your roommate(s) will have to pay additional funds to reflect the new occupancy.

If you need to change your travel dates or substitute another traveler in your place, this can be done for a fee of $100, provided that the request is made at least 60 days before departure. Substitutions are subject to availability and may require additional charges, depending on the travel arrangements.
