Change of Plans! Within 24hrs Your Payment is Fully Refundable

24-Hour Full Refund Window

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. For this reason, you may cancel your booking within

24 hours of payment for a full refund—no questions asked.

Any cancellation request submitted after 24 hours becomes fully non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Payments After 24 Hours

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable after the 24-hour grace period.
All monthly installment payments made toward your trip are non-refundable.
If you are unable to travel for any reason (personal, medical, work-related, family-related, financial, etc.), no refunds will be issued. There are no exceptions.

Refunds When Eligible (24-Hour Window Only)

If eligible for a refund within the 24-hour window:

Credit Card Payments:

Refunded back to the credit card used, minus a 10% processing fee and any third-party transaction fees. Refund timeframes depend on your bank.

Cash Payments:

Refunded immediately; however, please allow 3–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account.

No refunds of any kind are available after 24 hours.

Pandemic or Rescheduled Trips

If a trip is rescheduled due to a pandemic or global health event:

Refunds cannot be issued.
Payments to suppliers and tour operators are non-refundable after disbursement.
If you are unable to travel on the new dates, you may receive a travel credit for the amount paid, valid for one year.

Travel Insurance Requirement

All guests are required to purchase travel insurance before departure. This protects you against:

If you choose not to purchase travel insurance, you do so at your own risk, and McXotic Tours is not responsible for any losses.

Final Payment Deadline

All final payments are due 45 days before departure.

Failure to submit final payment by the deadline may result in cancellation of your reservation with no refund issued.
