Before booking your trip, make sure your passport is valid for at least six months from your travel date. Prices are based on current exchange rates, and McXotic Tours may adjust prices if the US dollar devalues. Any changes in flight costs will be reflected in your final invoice, and you will be notified via email. US citizens should check visa requirements before booking; if a visa is needed, we will inform you. For land-only packages, you must purchase your own flight and airport transfers. Full packages include economy class tickets only. A copy of your passport is required for ticketing, and McXotic Tours is not responsible for errors in names or changes needed on tickets. Airport transfers are provided for travelers arriving on the same flight at the same airport with the group. A credit card may be required at hotel check-in for room charges. Full itineraries are provided 45 days before the trip. Name changes incur a $100 fee and are not allowed within 45 days of departure. Cancellations must be made using the cancellation form. Roommate matching is available but not guaranteed; if no match is found, you must upgrade to a single occupancy room. All reservations must be made in your full name as it appears on your travel document. We reserve the right to cancel any trip due to unforeseen circumstances and provide a full refund.
If airfare is not specifically mentioned in the trip highlights, it is not included in the package. However, if airfare is listed and you select a package that includes it, your round-trip airfare from the United States will be covered.
All travel members journeying with the group is required to purchase travel insurance. With the Flexible Payment Plan, once your deposit is received, you'll get a recurring invoice, and payments will be automatically charged to your card every 30 days. If a payment fails, you have a 7-day grace period to resolve it. If your final invoice extends beyond the payment deadline, the billing date will be adjusted to ensure compliance. This plan is only available if you choose it instead of paying in full.
Completing the Passenger Information Form is necessary to finalize your registration. This ensures we have accurate details for your hotel accommodations and any applicable flights.
If you're booking within 45 days of departure, we recommend reserving a single-occupancy room. If you'd like a roommate match, email us after booking. While we'll do our best, we can't guarantee availability within this timeframe. If a match is found later, you'll be refunded the difference between single and double occupancy rates (minus any third-party fees).
