HOW IT WORKS
We recommend having a roommate to save on single room costs and gain a lifelong sisterhood along the way.
Before booking, please let us know if you need a roommate. Join our Facebook group to connect with others seeking a roommate for the same trip. This helps you find a compatible match based on age, preferences, and habits.
We only allow same-sex roommates, preferably non-smokers. Smokers and those with unique sleep habits are encouraged to choose single occupancy or pair with someone similar.
Booking double occupancy does not guarantee a roommate unless you have someone booking after you or have emailed us for pairing. Pairing is not guaranteed, so be prepared to opt for single occupancy if needed. Only guests who’ve paid a deposit will be paired after answering a few short questions.
We encourage connecting with fellow travelers before departure. Booked guests can access our private forum and join our WhatsApp group chat (470-642-9336), which will be created at least 45 days before the trip.
Roommates are responsible for connecting after pairing, and McXotic Tours will email all details. Only guests who have paid their deposit will be paired, based on availability. Please note that McXotic Tours is not liable for any unruly or disruptive behavior, which is strictly prohibited.
Choosing a single room is always an option but comes at a higher cost—money that could instead be spent on attractions, dining, or souvenirs. For the best value and experience, we encourage double occupancy.
