REFUND POLICY

Change of Plans! Within 24hrs Your Payment is Fully Refundable

  • We know things happen at the last minute – Full refunds no questions asked within 24 hours of booking.

  • After, only 50% of your deposit qualifies for a credit toward a future trip and valid for one year from the date of purchase. 

  • No refunds if you are unable to make the trip- no exceptions.

  • If a trip is rescheduled due to a pandemic, and you have already paid for the trip in full and are unable to make the new trip date, you will not be refunded. We are unable to refund guests for rescheduled trips due to a pandemic because suppliers and tours operators have already been paid in full.

  • Monthly payments toward a McXotic Tour are non-refundable as your deposit is a confirmation of your trip. 

  • Payments made with a credit card will be refunded via credit card within your bank’s time frame in addition to a 10% processing fee and any other third-party fee.

  • Payments made with cash will be refunded within 30 days.

  • We encourage each traveling guest to purchase travel and medical insurance. 

  • All travelers journeying with the group will be required to purchase travel insurance. If you choose not to purchase travel insurance, you are at your own risk. We cannot emphasize, it’s a way to help protect your travel investments, belongings, health, safety and losses related to your travel.

  • All final payments are due 45 days before departure.
